Thanks - when I clicked on the on screen keyboard - I did not get a link with the word disable just a normal dialogue box with the choices move, minimise, maximise etc. Plus when I clicked. Here is some of what I saw - I could not get the dialogue place to stay visible when I tried to scan it.
