I will try and dig out the previous thread of what needs to be checked. Because the out of office replies seem to use OWA we had to add the domain to the bypass proxy server for local addresses. Don't mean to come across wrong, but I would just double check the settings - one place I know of ended up with Microsoft themselves connected to fix the issue after a couple of engineers hadn't been able to get to the bottom of it and it turned out to be a typo - just one that, in the grand scheme of things, didn't stand out as being incorrect.

I think in their case, the autodiscover test worked OK as well, as OOF is probably not checked as a core function of autodiscover.
